Attendance:

School Tour: Jeff took us on a tour of the new construction. The new library, office, fitness room, school store, also where the new guidance offices will be along with the learning center.

School Sign: Sally Mead presented a very thorough packet and explanation on the school sign. She has another Hinesberg review board meeting to attend on April 19^th final cost is between 23,100-25,750 depending on the size. Both stone and labor are being donated on this project.

Weight Center: Looking to collect money from last years grant, also looking to raise funds for new equipment.

School Store: A new refrigerator is in the school store, of the 1,000 dollars that were allotted last month for cabinets, there was a need to change from the original plan. Whether the money for the refrigerator could be taken from that 1,000(?)

Grants: The Year Book Committee has opted to purchase 3 cameras instead of 1 with the money they were allotted with the grant..

Staff Appreciation Day: May 25^th, will be set up near the offices and school store with use of the kitchen and walk in refrigerator, help will be needed with this on the 25^th.

End of Year: Plan for committee changes at the end of the year.

Grad Challenge Breakfast: Calls have been made to Williston other towns still need to be done.

May Friends Meeting: May 7th.
