Friends Of CVU Minutes                                                            

December 2,2004

1.        Friends of CVU are invited to participate in the Monday, December
13th meeting in room 107 on the subject of Principal Search..(NESDEC
COMMITTEE).....Val has invited Friends' input at this time.  I will be
there, and Dennis Bedard indicated he would, as well. Hope you will, as
well, since you are so tapped into the school now..

2.        I reported that College Panel NIght will be coming up in January
(you already posted this on Friends website: thanks!)\

3.        We discussed asking Sue Jipner to post to all parents' emails when
the new monthly newsletters will be available online. (I will take care of
this)

4.        Discussion of the Activity/Sports Card...that they would be
distributed via advisory sessions plus they would be made available on the
cvu website if parents want to print it.

5.        Apparel link will be upcoming.

6.        Kay Gault will be doing the basketball concession.  Kay's phone is:
985-2264  I think Lee Blanchard was going to call and confirm this with Kay.

7.        Jane Michaud delivered her report re:  merchandise for sale,
displays, etc (you have this letter copy)

8.        Ski Bus Stowe starts January 7th....6 week commitment

9.        New member, Deb Mayfield stepped forward and volunteered to be the
Friends Minute Recorder!  (debmayfield19@hotmail.com)

10.        Lee Blanchard provided us with the Treasurer's Report and that we
have 92 FRIENDS MEMBERS signed up for this year...a record!
