Grants to be made available by application, in the total amount of $3000.00. Applications will be made up and sent with a cover letter to clubs/faculty. A committee will be established with a member representing each town to review the applications.

Ellen Arapakos from the library came in to discuss her hopes to have “Data & Dessert” with parents of CVU. To let the parents have the opportunity to see what is available with the new library and at the CVU web site for the students. Possible date of March 10^th.

Option beyond high school to take place Wednesday, March 16^th.

Ski bus had 50 signed up with a need for 2 buses

February 3, 8^th grade student/parent meeting, Dennis will be speaking.

Plans of doing something in honor of Val, possibly outdoor furniture for courtyard.
