Team Sleep Over
at Sleepy Hollow
What: Annual Nordic Ski Team Overnight
When: Friday, Dec 4thth
Where: Sleepy Hollow Inn
Cost: $45 total payable to CVU Nordic
(includes Sleepy Hollow and food) Hand money into coaches
Dinner @ 6 PM, so get there before that; LAST breakfast put on the table at 10 AM Sunday (that’s late enough to
sleep). Bring towels, videos, sleeping
bags, sleds, bathing suits, (if you want to use the sauna-NOT for sledding)

EXPECTATIONS
FOR Sleepy Hollow / CVU NORDIC SLEEPOVER NIGHT
- Arrive
around 6 PM, or after race at CVU
- Girls ONLY in Girls’ rooms; Boys ONLY in Boys’ rooms. (Room
assignments will be posted).
- Upstairs TV / Living room
OK for ALL until midnight –
after Midnight, Girls’ ONLY.
- Dinner
around 6PM.
- Clean
up dinner stuff BEFORE any outdoor activities, movies, etc.
- Use
common sense in the sauna and sledding-if
outside temps below OºF no outside activities
- Everyone
inside after the trail lights go off at 10
PM
- Breakfast
any time between 8 and 10 AM.
- Please
have your stuff all packed up and in the downstairs hallway by 10 AM AT THE LATEST!!!
- Leave sheets in a pile in the upstairs
hallway.
- Remember
you all – you are THE CVU NORDIC TEAM
– so act appropriately (in other words, don’t do anything that you would not do
in front of Sean !!!)
What
to bring:
Towels

bags & pillows (“blankies” and stuffed animals OK)

bottles to cut down on cups used
Bathing
suit if you want to use the sauna
Appropriately WARM clothes for outside
Sleds,
skis, snow “toys”

and Boom Box(es) (anyone play guitar?)
Homework
– we’ll have a “mandatory” study
hall before lights-out (you all know how proud
Sarah is about the team GPA)
